What time can I drop my pet off?
Hair cut (grooming) or bath appointments - Our drop-off / check-in period is from 8:00am - 11:00am. You may bring your dog to us any time within this period. We DO NOT set exact appointment times. An appointment is required. Dogs are serviced in the order in which they arrive. If you drop off early, your pet will likely be ready in a couple of hours. If you drop off closer to 11:00, your pet will likely be ready later in the afternoon. Please wait until you receive the "ready for pick up" text before coming back to pick up your pet.
What time is my appointment?
For Grooming appointments. we DO NOT set exact appointment times. The drop-off period is from 8:00am - 11:00am
For Boarding Reservations, our software requires that we enter a specific drop off time, so you may receive texts stating a certain time, however, you can drop off any time between 8:00am - 3:00pm
When will my dog be ready for pick up?
Pick up times depend on many factors: the time you dropped off, the service the pup is getting, the volume of clients we have on any certain day, etc. We can only give a rough estimate for pick up times. Please wait until you receive the "ready for pick up" text before coming to pick up.
Are you open on weekends?
We are never open on Sundays. We are open one Saturday each month, usually the third Saturday. These appointments are in high demand. If you book a Saturday appointment then later need to cancel it, PLEASE let us know ASAP.
How much do you charge for a groom?
A "Full Groom" includes a bath, nail trimming, ear cleaning and a haircut over the entire body. Price starts at $65 for small dogs. The price varies for larger dogs. Most full gown doodles are around $115-$125.
A "Spruce" includes a bath, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. We trim up the face, feet and fanny (sanitary area) only. No hair cutting on the rest of the body.
A "Bath Only" includes a bath, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. Prices start at $30 for tiny dogs and go up depending on size and difficulty (long hair, aggression, etc).
Do you accept very large dogs?
We accept any dog that is not aggressive or a danger to itself, our staff, or other pets. All dogs must have current vaccination records on file.
Do you accept aggressive dogs?
Aggressive dogs are evaluated on an individual basis. You MUST let us know BEFORE coming in if your dog has a history of aggression toward people or animals. If you do not, and your dog injures a person or pet, you will be held financially responsible for damages.
